Hands down one of the best car buying experiences. When I walked in, we were looking for a SUV and after going round and round in my decision making, I ended up with a TSX. I LOVE it and is the exact right car for me.

When I first walked in I met FRANCIS who was very helpful and courteous. My husband reached out separately and received a different sales person. Then we were referred to a third salesperson, Holly, who sold us the car (and bore the brunt of our insanity and even watched our kiddos so we could test drive the cars together). The confusion over salesperson was never felt by us though I know it somehow existed.

Holly was an amazing salesperson. He knew every detail about the car and was never annoyed with our back and forth decision making process.

My purchase experience with Manhattan Motorcars was very positive. My car purchasing experience began with me searching online for a specific vehicle that I was interested in.

I found an online posting for the vehicle I wanted at Manhattan motorcars. I must admit, I was reluctant to visit Manhattan Motorcars because it was not one of the well-known dealership companies (Ford, BMW, GM, Acura, etc.), and it was not close to my home resident. However, I decided to go check out the establishment and vehicle anyway. To my surprise, my experience at Manhattan Motorcars was better than my previous experiences with purchasing and leasing cars from the well-known dealerships.

Francis was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest in respect to the vehicle I was interested in. Additionally, he was really interested in working with me financially to ensure that we were both satisfied with purchase price of the car. That was a huge impact on my decision to purchase the vehicle from there. Seeing the original sticker price of the vehicle was not over the Black Book Value, and that Manhattan Motorcars was still willing to do some slight negotiating, spoke volumes to me.

I am very happy with my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle in good condition in and out (and it is still in good running condition). I am very happy with my purchase price as well. I can honestly say, without reservation I will return years from now when it time for me to purchase another vehicle.

Additionally, I highly recommend Manhattan Motorcars to others. My purchase experience was hassle-free, quick, and easy; thus, I certain that yours would be the same!

Earlier this year my wife and I purchased a vehicle at Manhattan Motorcars. This was our second time dealing with them.

Since we had a very good experience the first time around which I purchased my cargo van, this is why we went back a second time. Although have I dealt with other dealers and salesman over the years and had no issues, Francis was the first to go above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Starting when we first met Francis, there were two vehicles we were interested in. With one of them we weren’t sure if it would fit our family needs.

So Francis offered for us to take them for a drive to try out. As it turned out it did meet our needs and with the help of Francis and Kam they were able to make it fit our budget as well. We ended up buying that car. A few days after taking delivery we noticed a problem with brakes, After taking it in for service the first month I received a call from Kam Without me saying anything He replaced all the rotors which were noisy.

They gave us a courtesy vehicle while we waited for the car to get ready. That is excellent customer service, nonetheless they all deserve a big thank you. All the while Francis stayed involved throughout the whole process which is to be commended.

I recently left a deposit on a BMW 328i with them, while they were making the car ready I decided to do a search on them, I saw lots of bad things written about them and got worried but everything was smooth with the deal until then, I decided to go one step further and check the car with BMW dealer which all turned perfect, I did mention the complaints to the owner and as it looks most of them are just from competitors, you can see someone copying and pasting same compliant over and over, I had a great experience with them and happy with my car, they provide full history for their cars and allow third party inspection which is great , last but not least their prices are great and everyday they have new inventory coming in, I am sure they wouldn't be busy if they were not good people, I disagree with many of these complaints

I'd like to take a minute to thank ALEX at MANHATTAN MOTORCARS for helping me with a recent car purchase. I began my search online and received a quick response from the sales team.

I made an appointment for a test drive and the car was ready shortly after the agreed upon time. I felt that the purchase was entirely my decision as there was very little "sales talk" and no major haggling. I did get the typical Finance Manager add-on pitch but that was to be expected. The entire process was completed in a couple of hours rather than the standard three or four at a big-name dealership.

The staff was all laid back and very friendly.

I just recently purchased a BMW X5 from Francis at Manhattan Motorcars. Like most people, I am never sure about trusting a car salesperson (let alone a used car salesperson).

After seeing various reviews online, and of course finding a car (I had been researching and looking at for the past few months) the price and website are what made me go into the dealership. First off, the dealership is incredible! The vibe I got when I walked in was wonderful. The staff seemed very welcoming and warm.

I had a great feeling from the start. After purchasing the car I have an even better one. I received a great deal on the vehicle and warranty. Francis was very patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

He went beyond my expectation of service, truly just a nice guy. I had welcomed opportunities to test drive the vehicle and was clearly given it’s history. I definitely did not feel pressured like I have elsewhere. This is definitely a fine family owned and operated business and I couldn’t have been happier with the quality of service that I have received and more so the vehicle that I have purchased.

They also did financing on the spot, which was extremely helpful for me. There is no doubt that I will be returning to this dealership, and will be referring others as well. The level of service has continued even beyond my purchase (Francis called to ask how the car was a few days later).

I know buying from a salesperson and a” lesser known” dealership can be tricky, ,and that is why I have chosen to write about my experience. Manhattan Motorcars is a great Dealership

With the addition of our new son, my wife and I quickly realized we needed to upgrade her small vehicle to an SUV. We researched thouroughly and narrowed our search down to 3 vehicles.

We visited some competitors and other dealerships first and saved MANHATTAN MOTORCARS for last. After our first visit we knew we wanted the Mercedes. Thanks to Alex had BY FAR the best car buying experience of both of our lives. He has a great personality and was extremely knowledgable.

We never felt pressured, and he worked with us to get the best price possible. Even after the sale, he followed up with us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns with the vehicle.

I have had two very positive experiences at Manhattan Motorcars. In 2013 I bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey and Francis helped us negotiate an awesome deal when we needed it most.

He helped us save thousands of dollars. Recently I went through my mid-life crisis and Kam helped me find my 2011 AUDI Q7. It is an immaculate car at a very fair price. Kam went above and beyond as a salesman and more importantly as a person.

Mathew at Trend was extremely professional and not pushy in communicating warranty options and finance options. I was also very appreciative of Alex, who remembered my past sale, and worked to negotiate a better loan rate. It is nice to be treated so personally. I get the feeling that these individuals do not treat this as just a job.

It is my first time buying a used car and I am on a budget this year because my wife and I will be having a new born soon. I have searched in kijiji and recently bought an Acura MDX.

I had a great experience, the staff was friendly and very helpful! I was a bit surprised but, I very much appreciated the lack of pressure I felt during this transaction. I was a little worried to buy a used car so as they advertised, I brought it first to a mechanic along Lawrence Ave. before purchase.

Everything work out well and appreciated doing business with them! I will definitely recommend Manhattan Motorcars to my family and friends!

Manhattan motorcars in Scarborough is a great dealership, I've gone here twice, once when shopping for my own car and again for my friend who is looking for a car. Both times I have been helped by Alex, and he is a wealth of information.

The dealer itself though is great. There's always really really nice cars here, and for the most part, something for everyone's budget. They emphasize they don't buy cars that aren't worth selling, and by that they mean that every car rides well, sounds good, and are very clean. All four of the cars we test drove had those qualities.

Without a doubt, I would direct anyone looking for a car to come here, they got a little something for everyone's budget. I went to seven dealers that day, and this was the least pressuring, for those who are scared of the pressure.

In short, I would definitely browse Manhattan Motorcars when I'm ready for my next car.

A friend of mine purchased a BMW from Manhattan a few months back and had very positive feedback. My mother wanted to buy a car and I took her to Manhattan motocars and she ended up purchasing an AUDI.

She was very happy with the price, the car and the service they provided. Before you purchase a car, the dealership allows you to take the vehicle to a mechanic of your choice to have it inspected. This put both my mother and I at ease as you may imagine.

I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anybody who is looking to buy a used car. They have a great variety of cars and the service was outstanding.
